Renewing professional license makes easy. Today, in most of the provinces they already have branches of PRC(Philippine Regulation Commision). You don't need to bust yourself into lining up and struggle more just to get your license renew. In my profession, my license is my life. As a nurse you need to have an updated license when you are in practice most especially here in the philippines because this is the only way you can gain the trust of your patient. This will tell them that you are competent, updated with skills and you know what you are doing.
First step is to go at PRC (https://www.prc.gov.ph) website, you need to create account to access their portal. Fill-up form then, there are lots of option to take like where do you want to renew, what mode of payment and if you you want to deliver it at your doorstep.
What i did is just:
1. create my account
2. fill up the form, you need a picture to be uploaded it should be 2x2 with white background
3. select the branch and with your preferred date and time
4. pay it thru online
5. wait for the scheduled date. Make sure that before going to the preffered branch you print the form, bring your expired prc license card and id picture if incase theres a need to adjust the picture.
*with regards to the cpd units you need to look up for how many units you need to earn but if you don't have it right now you still have until December 2021 to gain what is asked according to your profession.
